At Enspire Couture, we take pride in offering a curated selection of designer dresses for your special occasions. Due to the seasonality of our business and the nature of formalwear, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We encourage customers to review all product details, sizing information, and policies before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to checkout, please contact us-we’re happy to assist you in finding the perfect dress!

Please handle your items with care when trying them on, as we are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear or damage, including snags, tears, makeup, perfume, smoke, self-tanner, or animal hair. All returns must be in original condition with tags attached, original packaging, and safety tape fully intact.

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Once approved, your return must be shipped back within 7 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a refund under the following conditions:


  • Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags attached, original packaging, and safety tape fully intact.
  • We cannot accept returns that show signs of wear or damage, including snags, tears, makeup, perfume, smoke, self-tanner, or animal hair.
  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  • Once your return is approved, it must be shipped back within 7 days of the original delivery date.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost to send the item back.
  • Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment, minus the original shipping cost, once we’ve received and inspected your return.
